Thinking of something soft and simple to make for gifts? What about a Spa Bath Mitt.
Items needed:
- Wash Clothes
- Sewing Scissors
- Thread
- Sewing chaulk
Cutting out pattern:
- Place two washcloths together
- Place your hand on the washcloths at an angle.
- Trace around your hand like a mitten
- Leave a one inch seam allowance around the the mitten shape.
- Cot two mittens by cutting thru the two washcloths.
Sewing the Spa Bath Mitt:
- Sew a ¼” seam across the wrist Part of each mitten.
- Now with right sides together make a ⅝” stitch beginning at the wrist and running all around the mitten.
- Turn the mitten right side out.
Now you have a soft Spa Bath Mitt ready to use your favorite body wash with. Light the candles, run that hot soaking water and enjoy your Spa Bath Mitts to scrub those worries away.
