Items needed to make a bedazzled bejeweled shirt
- Plain shirt ( I used a t-shirt from Hobby Lobby)
- 20mm Premium Acrylic Gemstones
- 12mm Premium Acrylic Gemstones
- A bedazzled kit includes assorted jewels
- 2- 4 inch strings of jewels
- Mini glue gun w glue sticks
- Needle
- White or clear thread
- Thimble
- Good lighting
How to make a bedazzled bejeweled shirt
- Begin laying the shirt flat on a flat surface and decide your design
- I put the bedazzled gems on first in a triangle pattern alternating gem colors
- Then I laid out the pattern for the jewels.
- Next glue each individual jewel on the shirt with the glue gun.
- Then sew by hand each string of gems with a stitch looping around the string closely to the string and fabric.
Most of the supplies for this project were found at Hobby Lobby for a very reasonable price.
And now you have a bedazzled bejeweled shirt. Just like Grandma’s lol!
